After receipt of a shipment from DESSRET LOVERS if you have any concerns about the condition of our product, please contact us by e-mail at orders@thedessertlovers.com. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to understand your concerns and arrange the best resolution: refund or shipment of a replacement product. Please note below the exception to our refund or replacement guarantee if an incorrect shipping address is provided during the ordering process. Provided the shipping address you provide is correct, DESSERT LOVERS will either refund you purchase price including shipping or ship a no charge replacement product.

Guarantee is null and void if an incorrect shipping address is provided, and the dessert item cake is late, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Therefore, please double check your shipping addresses before you place your order and make absolutely certain you have entered the information correctly on your order form. Incorrect shipping information will likely result in the product not being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. Address corrections will be subject to carrier handling or correction fees.
