We sampled the Lemon (mascarpone cheese/fresh lemon/lemon cream cheese frosting, Black & White- White Chocolate w/grand marnier/chocolate sauce/white chocolate cream cheese frosting & Chocolate -mascarpone/rich chocolate/cream cheese frosting. How did we get started?

In the past decade, we developed baking interests when cooking and baking for all family gatherings. Several years ago, we accidentally came across a free local homeless breakfast program offered by Irvington Presbyterian Church, in Fremont, CA. So we started to make large batches of desserts and donated them to the church on a regular basis. This enabled us to perfect our recipes and standardize our baking processes. Friends and relatives suggested that we should also sell our bakery products which we now do. Since our products are made from scratch with passion, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do. We still continue to contribute our leftovers production to local homeless breakfast program offered by the Irvington Presbyterian Church.
